✨ A deposit will be required to book your appointment. Deposit will go towards your service but will not be refundable. ( This goes for everyone! It's only fair that the rules apply to everyone.) ✨No call no shows will be charged 50% of their service! (I understand things happen and I can relate. BUT if you had to go into work and not get paid you'd reconsider your time.) ✨ Multiple cancellations and appointment changes will require a $15 charge will be added. (I have to block off time for each appointment and with little to no heads up I can no longer fill that spot causing a loss income.) ✨ My prices are my prices. I am more than willing to work with a budget to find something suitable but I will not be lowering my cost. (Businesses sink because of costs. No where else can you bargain costs at stores so please don't ask me to bargain mine.) ✨ Haircraft Tonsorium LLC does not offer refunds of any kind outside the set policy. ✨ Deposits have to be paid in order to confirm your appointment.
